01-420 Racket runs

This is a physical drill great for warm ups and balance or to test the children to see what physical level they are at.

 

The player places the racket in front of them with the handle pointing towards them, on thecoaches command they run around the head of the racket allways facing forward and theycount how many "laps" they do in one minute. The coach can progress this by first doing it clock-wise then counter-clockwise and seeing which direction was the children's best.
