Getting to know your player and managing your team

Tennis Works were proud to present 'Getting to know player and managing your team' Webinar, in which, Claudio Pistolesi presented live from Rome and shared his philosophy and process of getting to understand a player and create an environment around them to support their ambitions in April 2013.

Claudio Pistolesi was a former ATP player from Italy who reached a career high of 71 in the world in August 1987 and was elected in the players council of the ATP in 2010 as the coach representative and elected again in 2012. As a junior he reached number 1 in the world and while on the ATP tour he won the Grand Prix in Bari on his home turf.

Claudio has coached several high profile players including Monica Seles, Daniela Hantuchová and Robin Söderling. Currently he lives and works in Jacksonville, Florida within the College tennis system while also working for the Global Professional Tennis Coaches Association.

At the end of the presentation, Claudio held an open session to allow coaches and listeners to ask questions, which I'm sure you will enjoy.
