Returns Policy

We operate a thirty day no quibble guarantee for the majority of our products or services unless expressively highlighted during the ordering process. This reduced period allows for a statutory seven day cooling-off period and we apply it to products we may supply from time to time which may contain restricted media footage, privileged software or a particular license agreement.

All new members have 30 days to use the site after signing up before you are charged.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  • Write your name and address clearly on a piece of paper together with a reason for returning the item.
  • In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the same piece of paper.
  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
  • Send the package together with the piece of paper stating your name, address and reason for return to the address below:

We will notify you via either post or email when we have processed your refund/return. This may take up to 10 days from receipt. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return unwanted items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned which are NOT covered by the additional guaranty must be returned within the statutory 7 day cooling off period and must be returned unopened with all seals and shrink-wraps intact.

Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item minus any postage and handling fees incurred by your decision to place the original order.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
