Tennis Works Business Hub Welcomes Marc Beckles

Wilton Tennis Club Head Coach Becomes the 7th Head Coach to Join the Business Hub

Tennis Works is delighted to welcome Marc Beckles, Head Coach at Wilton Tennis Club, to the Tennis Works Business Hub.

Marc becomes the 7th Head Coach to join our growing community of forward-thinking tennis coaches who are looking beyond coaching alone and taking a more structured approach to developing their businesses.

With more than 20 years of coaching experience and a 15-year playing career, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge and elite experience to his role. He is an LTA Level 5 Accredited+ Coach and previously competed at an LTA 2.1 level, reaching a career-high UK men’s ranking of 37.

At Wilton Tennis Club, Marc leads a comprehensive coaching programme covering junior and adult coaching, holiday camps and individual lessons.

From Occasional Support to a Long-Term Partnership

My relationship with Marc has already been developing for more than two years.

During this time, I have supported him on an ad-hoc basis with areas including Facebook advertising, business planning, preparation and process automation.

Building a strong working relationship takes time. It is important that coaches are ready to make changes and have the capacity to implement them. Marc has now reached that point, and we are moving from occasional support to full, weekly business support.

The aim is simple: to give Marc the structure, systems and support needed to spend less time being pulled in different directions and more time effectively leading his coaching business.

A key part of this work will also be helping Marc to manage, organise and communicate more effectively with his coaching team.

Building a More Sustainable Coaching Business

Our work is already underway.

We have identified the immediate areas that need attention and are now putting the right processes and systems in place to create a more efficient and sustainable business.

The objective isn’t simply to increase income.

It is about creating a business that works better for the coach behind it – improving efficiency, strengthening organisation and ultimately creating a healthier work-life balance.

I’m looking forward to working closely with Marc and seeing how the business develops over the coming months.

Could Your Coaching Business Benefit from Greater Structure?

Many talented coaches spend the majority of their time delivering coaching while trying to manage the marketing, administration, team communication, systems and commercial side of their business around the edges.

The Tennis Works Business Hub is designed to provide coaches with the practical support, structure and accountability they need to develop these areas.

If you’re a Head Coach or coaching business owner and you’re ready to take greater control of your business, let’s have a conversation.
